Edition 9 is a crystal-clear dry riesling with a fresh sweetness. The wine is made from the best riesling grapes from the southeastern slope. The wine is characterized by soft and ripe apple fruit, typical riesling freshness with delicate acidity and a long finish. Delicious with, for example, asparagus, pasta, and veal.
