In the aroma, an intense and full bouquet with tropical notes combined with citrus and floral tones. Typical for vermentino from Maremma. The taste is full, with a somewhat spicy onset of ripe white fruit and a hint of fennel. Combines well with aperitif, fish, and asparagus.
