The Uco Valley is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Millions of years ago, some parts of the mountain range were underwater, which explains the presence of marine fossils such as the ammonite, used in the logo of Finca el Origen. They are considered silent witnesses of the origin of the Andes and today, by being part of the terroir, they are witnesses of the origin of the wines. Estate Blend was created by combining cabernet sauvignon, the king of red varieties, and malbec, the characteristic Argentine grape. Concentrated and aromatic wine with an intense color. Floral with lavender and violets and spicy like licorice, vanilla, and a hint of pepper. Dark fruit and soft tannins. Delicious with stir-fry dishes, pasta, or grilled chicken.
