In contrast to the white wines of Puklavec, the grapes for the characterful red wines are grown in Macedonia. Intensely dark red in color and delightful aromas of chocolate, ripe dark red fruit, red pepper, and other spices. Full of flavor with a long, intense finish. Pairs well with meat dishes such as grilled beef, lamb, pork, mature cheese, and dark chocolate.
