This rosé derives its freshness and fruitiness from the sun-drenched valleys and the abundance of water in the Península de Setúbal, reinforced by the cooling winds of the Atlantic Ocean. The rosé has a slightly sweet and fruity finish with aromas of strawberry and red berries. The taste is rich in grapes with a beautiful structure and a pleasantly lingering finish, maintaining a perfect balance of acidity. An excellent companion to salads, fish, shellfish, light dishes, and as an aperitif.
