Ruby red in color with aromas of wild berries and vanilla. Made from merlot, cabernet franc, and pinot noir, partially appassimento. After fermentation, the wine ages for 24 months in French and Slavonian oak. Lively, powerful wine with the right amount of tannin. Excellent with red meat and game.
