
The Cuvée Tradition is a classic Bordeaux blend of more than 75% Merlot with small portions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by the first six months of maturation. The red wine then matures for twelve months in previously used oak barrels. A smooth red wine by Bordeaux standards, with a medium body and a refined bouquet. Domaine Graves d’Ardonneau highlights their love of wine, dating back to 1763, with this wine.
