Beautiful cuvée of 65% Welschriesling and 35% Chardonnay. Bright golden yellow. On the nose, citrus fruit, quince, curls, and a hint of pineapple, supported by a smoky spiciness.
Very harmonious on the palate, again quince and citrus fruit, honeydew melon, white peach, apple, and pear. Subtle sweetness in the finish, some forest honey, present fruit and acidity. Candied ginger, salt, and herbal spices in the aftertaste.
