Since the Rothschild and Álvarez families founded Macán in 2009, time has been our ally in creating our own style. Over the years, as we learned and discovered the soil and vineyards, for the 2020 harvest we sought complementary elements for our wines: new plots and grape varieties such as Garnacha and Graciano.
The 2020 harvest was warm, but had optimal rainfall during the growing season. The freshness of this vintage is due to harvesting at the right moment to preserve grape quality and the addition of some Graciano.
Nose: Fresh and vibrant with red fruit and floral notes.
Palate: Juicy and balanced, with hints of Garnacha and Graciano adding complexity.
Finish: Elegant and persistent, with a refreshing acidity.
