This wine has an intense aroma of cassis, strawberry-cherry jam, and some chocolate. The wood does not dominate and gives the wine a fine structure. The tannin is ripe, yet soft and friendly. The finish is pleasantly fruity. An ideal wine to pair with grilled meat dishes and aged cheeses.
