The MG Chardonnay is clearly produced to reflect the character of the grape variety, with beautiful aromas of ripe pineapple, apricots, and vanilla in the scent as a result of aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, the wine has a full, round, and creamy texture with flavors of pineapple, peach, pear, and a hint of toast. Pairs well with spicy dishes with chicken, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and fatty fish.
