Smooth and pleasant on the palate with notes of white fruit and vanilla. A round and generous wine that is very balanced. A long finish with a subtle sensation of light vanilla.
This wine pairs perfectly with salads, e.g., with salmon or other fish, fish in sauce (preferably not too creamy), and also very nice with shellfish, but also with white meat preparations.
