This organic blue cheese from Frisian Wolvega has a delicious creamy yet spicy flavor. The cheeses are placed in specially designed cells for ripening. In the needle grooves, the blue mold grows as strands through the cheese. It results in a spicy cheese that is still soft. Full of aromas and with an exceptionally long aftertaste.
