150gblue de Wolvega
7gLime juice
Preparation
- Mix half of the mayonnaise with the lime juice in a food processor.
- Add the bleu de Wolvega and blend briefly until smooth.
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture into a mixing bowl and fold in the other half of the mayonnaise.
- Season with salt if desired.
