The Guardone family started producing and trading olive oil in an artisanal way in Oneglia in 1930. In 1950, son Paolo, the current owner, took over the company. The company now works with modern production techniques, but the quality and taste of an artisanal product have been preserved. A delicious olive oil from the Italian Riviera of Flowers. The extra virgin olive oil is mechanically pressed without heat. This results in the best quality olive oil.
