Guardone, from the Liguria region, was founded in 1930. The third generation now continues the family tradition with a beautiful assortment. This oil is made from first-press oil and refined oil. The result is a very light oil with low acidity; perfect for seasoning for cooking and baking, due to its resistance to high temperatures.
