This curry powder is spicier than regular curry and more intense and balanced in flavor. This blend contains among others fenugreek, mustard, cumin, legumes, and fennel. It is delicious in combination with for example lamb, sauce, and rice preparations. Or of course in the well-known curry chicken madras.
