Smoked salmon bellies in curry batter.Delicious to serve with a yogurt-based dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Tempura flour
madras curry
smoked salmon bellies

Preparation

  1. Mix the tempura flour with curry to taste.
  2. Put the flour in the food processor and, while running, add just enough sparkling water until you have a yogurt-thick batter.
  3. Remove the skin from the smoked salmon bellies, dip in the batter, and fry in oil until crispy.
  4. Serve with a yogurt-based dipping sauce.
