This Single Malt Scotch Whisky matures entirely in ex-bourbon casks and is made according to traditional techniques. The distillery, one of the most northerly on the Scottish mainland, is located just 300 meters from the North Sea coast, which influences the whisky with salty notes. On the nose, citrus, caramel, and vanilla, followed by a fresh, salty note. The taste is robust and smooth with honey, cream, and ripe fruit, complemented by fresh herbs and a lively, slightly salty finish.
