Hausgemachter Limoncello
Limoncello ist ein italienisches alkoholisches Getränk, das aus Zitronen hergestellt wird.Der Alkoholgehalt von Limoncello liegt zwischen 25-30%. Dieses Getränk wird meist kalt (4-5 °C) als Digestif nach dem Essen getrunken. Es kann auch in Cocktails verwendet werden, zum Beispiel gemixt mit Prosecco oder Tonic.

Zubereitung
