
Homemade limoncello
Limoncello is an Italian alcoholic beverage made from lemons.The alcohol content of limoncello is between 25-30%. This drink is usually served cold (4-5 °C) as a digestif after a meal. It can also be used in cocktails, for example by mixing it with prosecco or tonic.
Ingredients

20organic lemons washed
Preparation
- Peel the lemons (without the white pith).
- Put the lemon peels with the alcohol in sealed jars (divide evenly).
- Let stand for at least 20 days (store in the dark).
- After 20 days, heat sugar in water until dissolved and then let cool.
- Strain the mixtures from the jars with lemon &
