Sicilian yellowtaxi

Cocktail based on limoncello, Sprite, gin, and lemon vinegar. The ingredients are for two glasses.

Ingredients

50mlSicilian lemon vinegar
200mlSprite or 7UP
100mlgin (citrus)
30mlLime juice
100mlLimoncello
Fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. Chill your cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in the shaker, fill with ice, and shake vigorously.
  3. Place a few ice cubes in the glass with slices of lime and coriander leaves.
  4. Strain Silicilan YelowTaxi scrub into the glass using a strainer.
