2Lemons

Preparation
- Bring a large pot of water with salt to a boil, squeeze in the juice of two lemons. Cut the stem of the artichoke down to 2 cm.
- Place the artichoke in the boiling water and cook for about 30 minutes. Check doneness by piercing the base. Make sure the vegetable stays well submerged
