Artichoke with squid and spinach

A delicious recipe with artichoke.

Ingredients

100gSpinach
Garlic
5small octopuses
Butter
Olive oil
1Artichoke
2Lemons
2chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of water with salt to a boil, squeeze in the juice of two lemons. Cut the stem of the artichoke down to 2 cm.
  2. Place the artichoke in the boiling water and cook for about 30 minutes. Check doneness by piercing the base. Make sure the vegetable stays well submerged
