Avocado dip sauce

Easy to make but rich in flavor.

Ingredients

1fresh chopped parsley, basil, and chervil
100gSoft goat cheese
600g(thawed) avocado flesh
1taco seasoning
4Full-fat yogurt
2green garden herb mustard

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a blade and then press the mixture through a sieve.
  2. Serve the dip with crudités, such as celery, blanched romanesco, and radishes.
