Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of the milk (lukewarm).
- Sift the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a little vanilla powder and place in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Add the rest of the milk to the yeast mixture and pour this over the dry ingredients.
- Mix gently to form a dough, then add the eggs one by one (tip: beat the eggs beforehand so they incorporate better into the dough). Mix for about 7 minutes.
- Finally, add 50 grams of butter (cut into cubes and softened).
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds (fill to a maximum of half) and let rise covered for 2 hours at room temperature. Then bake at 170°C (about half an hour
