Preparation
- Heat water, orange juice, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the liqueur and orange peel.
- Let cool.
- Soak the baba (1 baba per person) in the syrup until saturated.
- Dissolve the Nescafé instant coffee in the warm espresso.
- Mix with the other ingredients until you have a smooth sauce (serve lightly warmed).
- Place a scoop of ice cream on the soaked baba.
- Serve with whipped cream and the coffee sauce.
- Garnish with Oreo cookie crunch.
