Baba espresso martini

Soaked in a coffee liqueur syrup. Served with vanilla ice cream and coffee sauce.

Ingredients

250mlWater
1units.itemsSavarin Baba
15gEspresso
250gSugar
0.5units.itemsorange juice
250gCondensed milk
2gNescafé instant coffee
4gCoffee liqueur
Oreo crumble

Preparation

  1. Heat water, orange juice, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the liqueur and orange peel.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Soak the baba (1 baba per person) in the syrup until saturated.
  5. Dissolve the Nescafé instant coffee in the warm espresso.
  6. Mix with the other ingredients until you have a smooth sauce (serve lightly warmed).
  7. Place a scoop of ice cream on the soaked baba.
  8. Serve with whipped cream and the coffee sauce.
  9. Garnish with Oreo cookie crunch.
