5gdried lavender
300gclarified salted butter
Preparation
- Gently melt salted butter and clarify the butter.
- Add about 5 grams of dried lavender to 300 grams of clarified butter and let infuse for about 25 minutes, but do not let the butter exceed 70 degrees. Strain the butter and chill until use.
