Ingredients: 30 ml Espresso; 200 ml Whole milk; 20 ml Condensed milk; 30 ml Licor 43; pinch of cinnamon powder; double-walled glass

You can make this coffee special in no time, even if you don't have a barista at home.

20mlCondensed milk

Preparation

Put the condensed milk in the glass using a piping bag or bottle.
Carefully pour the Licor 43 over the condensed milk along a spoon.
Froth the milk in a jug.
Swirl/rotate the milk and also carefully pour this along a spoon into the glass.
Let the milk rest for a moment and in the meantime make an espresso in a small jug.
Gently pour the espresso into the center of the milk.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top to finish the Barraquito.
