You can make this coffee special in no time, even if you don't have a barista at home.Ingredients
30mlEspresso
200mlWhole milk
20mlCondensed milk
30mlLicor 43
pinch of cinnamon powder
double-walled glass
Preparation
- Put the condensed milk in the glass using a piping bag or bottle.
- Carefully pour the Licor 43 over the condensed milk along a spoon.
- Froth the milk in a jug.
- Swirl/rotate the milk and also carefully pour this along a spoon into the glass.
- Let the milk rest for a moment and in the meantime make an espresso in a small jug.
- Gently pour the espresso into the center of the milk.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top to finish the Barraquito.
