Ingredients

Rocket
garlic puree
Rosemary
Mini rustic white rolls
Parmesan cheese
Beef bavette
Chimichurri herb butter

Preparation

  1. Bake the buns for about 4 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Melt the herb butter and dip the tops of the buns in it.
  3. Rub the bavette with garlic paste and finely chopped rosemary.
  4. Cook or grill the bavette until a core temperature of 50°C is reached.
  5. Serve the bavette on the bun with fresh arugula and Parmesan cheese.
