Preparation
- Prepare the red cabbage according to the basic recipe.
- Place a spoonful of red cabbage on a piece of cling film, roll into small balls, and freeze them.
- Mix tempura flour (in a blender) with cold water to a liquid batter (slightly thinner than yogurt) and season with salt.
- Dip the frozen red cabbage balls in the tempura batter and fry them in oil at 180°C.
