beef steak Belgian Blue sous-vide
Provençal ratatouille
Veal stock

Preparation

  1. Cook the steak in a pan and keep warm in a warming cabinet.
  2. Heat the ratatouille in a pan.
  3. Spoon the ratatouille into the center of the plate.
  4. Place the steak on top of the ratatouille.
  5. Serve with a little veal stock.
