
Steak with spicy rub from the barbecue
Dutch farmed venison is excellent to serve in the summer.Ingredients
200gCoarse salt
25gColman's mustard powder
75gLight brown sugar
2sprigs of stripped rosemary
2Garlic
grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
30groasted fennel seed

Preparation
- Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor and make a mix.
- Rub the (optionally portioned) steak well with the rub and then grill to medium on the barbecue.
- Let the meat rest briefly before serving.
