Beetroot and caviar

Red beet foam and caviar, served with crème fraîche.

Ingredients

1Tin of caviar
1crispy beetroot foam
Beluga lentils
Crème fraîche

Preparation

  1. Pipe a little crème fraîche onto the beet foam.
  2. Place the caviar on top.
  3. Put the beluga lentils in a deep plate.
  4. Serve with extra beet foam, crème fraîche, and the tin of caviar.
