Bitterbal with red cabbage

Red cabbage and scamorza bitterbal topped with spicy mango ketchup.Small bites complete your menu! With these relatively easy-to-prepare bites, you can endlessly vary. Ingredients

Pepper and salt
Red cabbage
Egg white
Scamorza
Kataifi
Spicy mango ketchup

Preparation

  1. Pat the red cabbage dry.
  2. Grate the scamorza and mix with the red cabbage.
  3. Freeze in the desired shape (for example, as balls).
  4. Defrost the kataifi and loosen a portion.
  5. Place the frozen red cabbage and scamorza mixture inside.
  6. Form a ball and dip in the egg white. Make sure to form a tight ball.
  7. Freeze the balls.
  8. Fry at 180°C until the desired color.
  9. Top the balls with spicy mango ketchup.
