Ingredients

200gGorgonzola
200gMascarpone
100gWater
300gForest fruit purée
4gKappa
Fennel taralli

Preparation

  1. Blend the gorgonzola smooth together with the mascarpone.
  2. Freeze in the desired shape.
  3. Mix the forest fruit puree with water and kappa and heat to boiling point.
  4. Blend smooth with the immersion blender.
  5. Dip the frozen cheese balls in the forest fruit jelly and place them on a taralli cookie.
