Ingredients

200gCrème fraîche
185gartichoke cream
190gNduja
Olives
Pancetta
Black aioli

Preparation

  1. Blend the artichoke cream, nduja, and crème fraîche in the food processor until smooth.
  2. Put in a piping bag and fill the olives.
  3. Wrap the olives in pancetta and sear them with a blowtorch.
  4. Top with, for example, black aioli.
