Preparation
- Cut the black pudding into slices of the desired size.
- Gently fry in butter.
- Peel the apple and cut into wedges.
- Fry the apple in butter with cinnamon to taste.
- Add sugar last and let it caramelize gently.
- Drizzle the caramel over the apples when serving.
