Black pudding

Classic baked blood sausage with caramelized apple, cinnamon and salad. A warm and savory dish with a slightly sweet twist.

Ingredients

Apple
Pepper
Black pudding for frying
Cinnamon
Butter
Mixed lettuce
Oil
Sugar
Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the black pudding into slices of the desired size.
  2. Gently fry in butter.
  3. Peel the apple and cut into wedges.
  4. Fry the apple in butter with cinnamon to taste.
  5. Add sugar last and let it caramelize gently.
  6. Drizzle the caramel over the apples when serving.
  7. Toss the salad with oil, pepper, and salt and serve alongside.
