25mlFruit purée 100% Blackberry
10mlLemon juice
15mlSimple sugar syrup infused with Bay Leaf*
40mlGin
10mlDry Vermouth
Preparation
- Mix the first 4 ingredients directly in the glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with crushed ice and then pour the blackberry puree over it.
* Make simple syrup: mix 1 part white powdered sugar and 1 part water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add bay leaf.
