Boiron Prickly Shrub with blackberry cocktail is a refreshing drink with the sharpness of Prickly Shrub and the sweetness of blackberry. Perfect for any occasion!This recipe is for approximately 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

25mlFruit purée 100% Blackberry
10mlLemon juice
15mlSimple sugar syrup infused with Bay Leaf*
40mlGin
10mlDry Vermouth

Preparation

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients directly in the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Top up with crushed ice and then pour the blackberry puree over it.

* Make simple syrup: mix 1 part white powdered sugar and 1 part water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add bay leaf.
