Bordalou with strawberries and yogurt crumble

Bordalou is a fantastic artisanally prepared single-serving tart.

Bordalou has a crispy crust and a soft creamy filling. In this preparation, with a fresh lemon curd topped with strawberries marinated in elderflower syrup. The yogurt crumble makes it nice and fresh.

Ingredients

bordalou
Lemon curd
Elderflower syrup
crispy yoghurt
honny cress

Preparation

  1. Bake the bordalou in the oven and let it cool.
  2. Put the lemon curd in a piping bag and pipe a thin layer on top of the bordalou.
  3. Quarter the strawberries and slice one, then marinate them for 5 minutes in the elderflower syrup.
  4. Place the drained and marinated strawberries on the layer of lemon curd.
  5. Sprinkle some yogurt crispies between the strawberries and garnish with a few sprigs of honny cress.
