
Spring onion and cherry
Spring onion cooked in cherry purée.Ingredients
5cabernet-sauvignon wine vinegar
1cherry purée
spring onions
spices (of choice)
a bit of honey
Preparation
- Reduce the vinegar with the cherry puree, honey, and spices.
- Clean the spring onions (save the greens for other preparations).
- Sauté the onions in a little oil and salt while frying.
- Then gently cook them in the cherry mixture and let them cool in the liquid.
