Broth of dried mushrooms

Handy to use as a base for sauces.

Ingredients

Boiling water
Mix of dried boletes and cèpes

Preparation

  1. Put the dried mushrooms in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let stand for at least an hour.
  2. Squeeze out the soaked mushrooms before further use.
  3. Strain the soaking liquid and reduce it.
  4. The result is an incredibly delicious broth.
