Boiling water
Mix of dried boletes and cèpes
Preparation
- Put the dried mushrooms in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let stand for at least an hour.
- Squeeze out the soaked mushrooms before further use.
- Strain the soaking liquid and reduce it.
- The result is an incredibly delicious broth.
