Breadsticks with tomato aioli

A simple but delicious tapas dish.

Ingredients

6Olive oil
4Egg yolks
4Garlic cloves
tomato ketchup
whole wheat breadsticks

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle breadsticks with water and heat for 6 minutes at 90°C.
  2. Blend 4 cloves of garlic with a little salt and 4 egg yolks in a food processor.
  3. While blending, slowly pour in 6 deciliters of mild olive oil.
  4. Finally, stir in ketchup to taste.
