Rustic bread with feta & tomato

B’Rustiek is bread with a story. This traditional bread, based on 'levain', is made with the flour type 'farine tradition Francaise'.This brioche bread with raw ham, remoulade, and poached egg is incredibly delicious and easy to prepare. The fresh herbs complete the brioche roll, making it finger-licking good!

Ingredients

Lamb's lettuce
1B'Rustiek brown bread
shelled walnuts
Roasted pine nuts
Tomato
Butter
Feta
Honey
sauce of choice (optional)
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut a nice slice of B'Rustiek brown (800 gram bread).
  2. Toast the pine nuts.
  3. Cut the tomato into large pieces. Break the feta into cubes. Break some walnuts into pieces.
  4. Spread the slice of B'Rustiek with butter.
  5. Top with lamb's lettuce. Generously add feta and tomato on top.
  6. Garnish the sandwich with the remaining ingredients.
