Graved lachs sandwich with potato and sauerkraut

Deliciously fresh sandwich.

Ingredients

Mustard with fresh garden herbs
white sourdough bun
wine sauerkraut
baked potatoes
Crème fraîche
Olive oil
Mayonnaise
pepper and salt (from the mill)
Radishes
citrus vinaigrette
graved lachs

Preparation

  1. Bake a white sourdough boule, cut off the top and hollow it out slightly.
  2. Make a salad of baked potatoes, wine sauerkraut, mustard with fresh garden herbs, crème fraîche, olive oil, mayonnaise, and freshly ground pepper and salt.
  3. Cut radishes into wedges and marinate (vacuum) in a little citrus vinaigrette.
  4. Fill the boule with the salad, wrap graved lachs around it, and garnish with the radishes and some fresh dill.
