Vegetarian burger sandwich with fried avocado

Delicious vegetarian hamburger sandwich with fried avocado and a sauce based on nanami togarashi and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Butterhead lettuce
Brander mayonnaise
Nanami togarashi
Ponzu
hamburger bun
Avocado
Asparagus

Preparation

  1. Stir the nanami togarashi into the Brander mayonnaise to taste. For best results, first crush the nanami togarashi with a mortar and pestle to release more flavor, then stir into the mayonnaise.
  2. Put the mixture in a bottle or piping bag.
  3. Bake the bun and wash the butter lettuce.
  4. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and peel. Slice the avocado into pieces about 1 cm thick. Sear the avocado on all sides and deglaze the pan with a splash of ponzu.
