Preparation
- Mix oil, water, blueberry puree, and the Brownie Cake Mix with a paddle for 1 minute on low speed and 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Portion into a mat or rings of 5.5Ø cm, filling weight approximately 50 grams.
- Bring the cream to just below boiling and mix with the dark chocolate until a smooth ganache forms.
- Beat the butter until creamy and mix in the ganache.
- Optionally warm slightly for a nice smooth cream. Allow about 20 to 25 grams of cream per brownie.
- Pipe dots of cream with a plain nozzle and a star nozzle.
- Decorate with blueberries, peanuts, and dots of caramel decor gel.
- Optionally sprinkle with some sea salt.
