Ingredients: 30 ml Lemon juice; 20 ml De Kuyper Crème de Cacao White; 20 ml Egg white; 40 ml De Kuyper Butterscotch; Ice cubes; Lemon peel

Rich autumn cocktail with De Kuyper Butterscotch and Crème de Cacao, lemon and egg white. Full-bodied, fresh and creamy with a hint of cocoa.

Ingredients

30mlLemon juice

20mlDe Kuyper Crème de Cacao White

20mlEgg white

40mlDe Kuyper Butterscotch

Ice cubes

Lemon peel

Preparation

Dry shake the above ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Pour from the shaker using a strainer into a pre-chilled (Nick & Nora) glass with ice.
Garnish with lemon peel.
