Toki Mandarine Highball

Fresh and spicy highball with Toki whisky, Mandarine Napoléon, lime juice and ginger ale. Refreshing, layered and perfect for autumn.

Ingredients

Ginger ale
Ice cubes
10mlLime juice
40mlSuntory Toki Whisky
20mlMandarine Napoléon

Preparation

  1. Fill a nice highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the whisky and Mandarine Napoleon liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add the lime juice and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Add more ice if desired and top with ginger ale.
  5. Stir gently again with the bar spoon.
  6. Garnish with a wedge of (dried) lime.
