
Baked Camembert with figs, walnuts and pistachios

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the fig jam or preserve in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave to soften the jam.
- Cut the dried figs into strips and roughly chop the nuts.
- Mix the dried figs with the nuts in a small bowl.
- Add half of the jam and stir well so the nuts are coated with the jam mixture.
- Place the camembert in the Cheese Baker, cut into the rind and spread the remaining jam over the camembert. Then cover the camembert with the fig and nut mixture.
- Place the filled Cheese Baker in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve the Cheese Baker on the stand with a tealight to keep the cheese nice and warm and runny.
- Serve with tasty crackers or sliced baguette.
