240gDark chocolate callets 54.5%
50gBottega Latte Macchiato crema
15Cannoli (unfilled)
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Heat the cream together with the liqueur.
- Dissolve the gelatin sheets in this.
- Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and cocoa powder and emulsify with a hand blender.
- Let cool and whip to soft peaks before use.
- Fill the cannoli with the cream.
- Dip both ends in the puffed rice.
- Sprinkle with decorative snow.
